How do I choose the right size for wetsuits?
We provide detailed size charts for all our wetsuits. For the perfect fit, measure your height, chest, waist, and weight, then compare with our size guide. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! However, we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas in Asia and other locations. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can ship to your address.

We offer two shipping methods:
1. Standard Express Shipping ($12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after processing
2. Free Global Shipping (via EMS for orders over $50): 15-25 business days after processing

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached. Please contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
