Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, wetsuits and hats & accessories marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1-2 business days
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

  5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Returns: International customers are responsible for any customs fees associated with returns

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

  • Size/Color Exchanges: We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability
  • Process: Follow the same return process above and note your exchange request in your email
  • Price Differences: If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
