Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your HURLEY gear. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s what you need to know:

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Packaging: Must be returned in original packaging

Important: For hygiene reasons, wetsuits and hats & accessories marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

    • Item(s) for return/exchange
    • Reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1-2 business days
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack items with the RMA number clearly visible

Refund Process
