We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Product availability isn’t guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept:

Prices are in US dollars and don’t include applicable taxes or duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation email with tracking information once shipped.

4. Shipping Policy

We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipping
• Free Shipping: For orders $50+ via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipping

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing. The customer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy:

• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging
• For hygiene reasons, wetsuits and hats/accessories marked as final sale cannot be returned unless defective

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number, items for return, and reason
3. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return and issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Follow care instructions for products to maintain quality
